Miriam Hill arrived in Gilmer in 1991, founded a business, HillTex Insurance, off the courthouse square and dove into her community. She has contributed countless hours serving as chamber president, fundraising and volunteering in the community. Miriam is honored to receive this award and serve the Gilmer community.
